Order Size
The minimum opening order is $250.00. Minimum re-order is $140.00.

Sample Policy
Samples can be purchased and used in stores for passive-sampling. Runamok Maple offers sample 250ml and 375ml bottles for 50% off wholesale price in any variety.

3rd Party Retailers
Runamok Maple prohibits retailers from selling products on 3rd party resale sites such as, but not limited to,  Amazon.com, Ebay, Etsy, etc.

MAP (Minimum Advertised Price)
This is the lowest price a retailer should display on shelves in retail stores and online for e-commerce.

Payment Terms
Runamok Maple accepts all major credit cards for new customer orders. Customers can apply for terms by sending us three food-related credit references. Net 30 terms are available for approved customers. Invoices are emailed when order ships. Finance charges of 1.5% per month will be assessed to all invoices not paid over 60 days. Terms available for approved customers.

Shipping
Runamok Maple ships FOB Fairfax VT. Please discuss any special shipping requirements when you place your order. Orders are filled in 2-3 business days. Please anticipate 5-7 business days for ground service delivery.

Returns
Runamok Maple must be notified within 5 days of delivery of any errors, shortages or mispicks in order to receive credit. Please keep original packaging materials and Runamok Maple will issue a call tag for pick up.

Damages
All damages must be documented with photos of damaged pallets, packaging and/or shipping material. Runamok Maple requires that customers accept and hold damaged shipments while we issue a return receipt. We will send prompt refunds/replacements. Due to this policy, refused deliveries may be ineligible for refund and replacement.

Freight Shipments: Missing or damaged product must be listed on the bill of lading when receiving a freight delivery and reported to Runamok Maple within 5 business days of delivery to receive credit and/or replacement of damaged product.

Restocking Fee
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Undeliverable orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All applicable shipping costs will also be the responsibility of the retailer.
